"We carry out the project design, maintenance, and repair of existing buildings to ensure sustainability. In cases where a tender is required during this process, we calculate costs, prepare the necessary tender documents, and execute and conclude the tenders in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. We conduct regular inspections of buildings currently under construction. Furthermore, we oversee the maintenance and repair of all infrastructure in existing buildings, such as disabled access, telephone and internet connections, sewage, and electrical systems. We provide maintenance and repair support to meet the physical needs of Vocational Schools and Colleges located in the districts, and we conduct preliminary studies and prepare building and green area projects for the new campus area to be established.
